Erik, while seemingly knowledgeable, came across as pushy and impatient, making me and my daughters feel rushed, not welcome. He even gave us inaccurate information about a watch model, which wasted our time. The new boutique might look sleek, but the atmosphere created by the service was off-putting. I felt compelled to leave this review and speak with customer service because a significant purchase deserves a respectful and accurate experience, which I unfortunately did not receive.
